Today we are happy to share that koffiework is now live on the App Store.

For a long time, people used koffiework on the web to find work-friendly cafes with great coffee. That still matters a lot. But we kept hearing the same thing from the community: "I am usually deciding on my next cafe while I am already outside." We built the iOS app to make that moment easier.

Why we built iOS#

We wanted to make the everyday flow faster when you are on the move:

  • Open the app and quickly find nearby cafes.
  • Check coffee and workspace signals before you walk in.
  • Save places, check in, and share a review with less friction.

The goal is simple: help you make better cafe choices in real life, in the moment.

What feels smoother in the iOS app#

iOS gives us a more native, focused experience for core actions:

  • Faster nearby flow when you are moving through a city.
  • Easier check-ins for places close to you.
  • A cleaner review flow when you want to contribute right away.
  • Better rhythm for repeat use, especially during your daily coffee routine.

You can still use koffie.work on the web, and we will keep improving both.

What stays the same#

koffiework is still a community platform first.

That means the same foundation still drives the experience:

  • Real community reviews.
  • Coffee quality and work-friendliness side by side.
  • A growing map of cafes and roasters worth knowing.

What comes next#

This is a launch, not a finish line.

We will keep shipping improvements across iOS and web as we learn from how people use the product in real cafe settings. Your feedback keeps shaping where we go next.

If you try the iOS app, tell us what feels great and what still feels rough. We read everything.
