Version 1.7.26
June 4, 2026
Sharper SEO, steadier cafe discovery, and cleaner public pages
This release improves how public Koffiework pages are described to search engines while reducing avoidable homepage work and polishing everyday navigation.
Improved localized page titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, and sitemap entries so Google receives clearer signals for translated and English-only pages.
Standardized public brand copy around koffiework, including the homepage title: Best laptop-friendly cafes | koffiework.
Moved featured-cafe snapshots to a longer refresh cycle so the homepage stays fast and stable without triggering expensive refreshes after every review.
Improved verified-cafe photo attribution, footer controls, App Store badge accessibility text, and signed-out navigation for cafe owners.
Version 1.7.22
June 2, 2026
Faster pages, clearer details, and stronger traffic protection
This release reduces unnecessary bandwidth and server work while making public navigation, cafe details, and language behavior clearer.
Reduced avoidable crawler and bot cost by tightening public-page caching, API responses, placeholder images, and traffic handling for non-human requests.
Improved public HTML caching so high-traffic pages can be served from Netlify more often without mixing translated pages into the wrong cached version.
Fixed language preference behavior so an explicit translated URL keeps that language instead of being overridden by an older saved preference.
Refined footer navigation, cafe suggestion wording, roaster highlights, loading states, and cafe detail ratings so important public pages are easier to scan.
